Secure Workspace not available

Hi all,

 

we updated our Blackberry Enterprise Service to 10.2.3.9 and activated BES10 silver licenses to manage Android and iOS devices via the Universal Device Service.

 

In this tutorial: How to install Secure Workspace on UDS

you can see at 1:28 the menu button Work space.


This button is not available on our UDS, does anybody know why? Without that we cannot enable our Secure Workspace for iOS and Android.

Hi,

 

You need a gold license to manage the SWS on iOS and Android devices. The silver ones only allow basic MDM without the data going via the BlackBerry infrastructure.

Don't forget to hit like if I resolved your issue! Smiley Happy
