Hi I have a couple of issues setting up a new bb z10.
1. I have activated the bb10 on blackberry device service, however no email account appears, when I try and add a work email account from the hub I get prompted to to re-activate and all settings are cleared. Still no email accounts are displayed.
I have read that after activation I should set up the account via active sync .. is this correct? What is the advantage of using the blackberry device server if I am just using active sync ?
2. Once activated, I can use balance to swap between work and personal .. when in the work area internet access does not work. is there something I need to setup in the blackberry profile?

After a number of hours on the phone to bes support. It turns out we were not on the correct bes 10 standard / advanced data plan. In fact even though vodafone supplied us with the z10's they are yet to provide the data plans for bb10 phones for another 2 months!! Useless!!
Thanks to the above poster for the internet info, we do use a proxy on the bes server.

Okay - thanks for the quick response. Much appriciated.
I spoke to Vodafone who confirm they wont start supporting BB10 BES till end of March.
