Some users are getting Server Busy error while trying to login Enterprise IM using BB Device

 

Hi ,

 

We have BES 5.0 and Office Communications Server 2007 Environment. Wwe are using BB Collaboratin services for using Enterprise IM over BB device.

 

Recently some users are getting Server Busy error while connecting to Enter Prise IM using BB device.

 

We have 5 BES server instances on 5 diferent Servers each server having 500 odd users.

Each BES instance points to a Load Balancer from which the request goes to MOC Server 2007.

Each BES Instance is having Maximum simultaneous sessions limit set to 2000.

 

Hope some body could help me with this.

Hi ,

 

When I open the mentioned URL it says Page Not Found.
