Probably a stupid question, I can't seem to find the option to let the calendar items syncing with the mailserver (the mailbox is in the secure workspace).
We have an Exchange 2010 mailserver, a BES 10.1.1 enterpise server with a Z10 phone.
If I add a calendar item to exchange it will sync to outlook.
If I add a calendar item to BlackBerry it won't sync to outlook.
How can I solve this?

Confirm the following;
Select device settings
While in Account Settings, select the account in question (i.e. work account)
Scroll down the account settings and ensure that the calendar is enabled for synchronization
Ensure that the email profile being used via the BlackBerry Device Service has calendar enabled for sync
Ensure all services of the BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 are running
