I'm currently getting BES 5 up and running on new hardware. My setup right now is old system with Valid SRP and 65 users. I want to start to move my users over to the new server that is running a Temp SRP with the 20 user CAL. I was going to move all my users over to the new server then replace the SRP but I will reach the limit of CALs. I can not add my valid CALS to a TEMP SRP so I was wondering if any one had a work around for this.

I believe you cannot mix Temp & Perm Cals in an environment.
You should be able to ask RIM for more temp cals to use with the temp SRP, then, when all accounts are migrated, simply switch them out altogether.

I've done the same thing with my BES migration, but now I can't remove the temp CAL, so that means I can't add my real CALs since we can't mix them. How can I remove the temp CAL from there?
Thank you in advance
