We have 3 Domains:
xxxx.local <----Exchange Server 2010 Domain
yyyyy.com <----Remote Access Website
I downloaded and installed BES Express on a 2008R2 Server Running Exchange 2010.
I used the tutorials on Blackberry's site to walk me through the setup of BES and creating users.
I can add a user, associate a device, but nothing further. Everything appears to be correct (the information in theBES admin page) but I get no e-mail or other functions.
It is almost as if the phone is not activated by BES. Is there a way to activate it WITHOUT using the wireless activation. That method is not working. Any help is appreciated and I can provide any further information.

on a separate PC login with BESAdmin and see if you can open up the users mailboexes.
That will tell you if permissions are set correct.
Also what is the primary email address for the user you are selecting?
BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.
