A guy hopped on a plan in Chicago, flew to San Diego, and when he turned his phone on in San Diego, no data was working. He can make and recieve phone calls but cannot connect to data.
We're on Verizon and they say it's a problem on my end - is there something I can do for him? Did the usually, resend service books, battery pull, etc.

On the handset, go to:
Options - Advanced Options - Host Routing Table
and click Register now, and escape back to the home page.
Wait 5 minutes and see if it connects after
Also check if time/date is set correct.
BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.

Tried that, nothing. Time is correct, it's on the new, correct time zone and re-did the host routing tables and even did a battery pull.
This has happened to both people who are traveling from Chicago to San Diego. Data worked fine in Chicago and the minute they turned their phones on in CA, data stopped work.
Did a Diagnostic test - Blackberry Registration is YES as is Connected to Blackberry (YES). Have an IP and everything - what is the deal.

Turned out to be a much bigger issue - BB server was putting out a ton of errors and no device could connect to it. Turns out when the first guy turned his phone on from being off, it couldn't hit the BES server and therefore could do anything on the get on the web. Thanks for your help!
