UDS and Android devices

I successfully setup a UDS server in our environment and activated an Android device to test it out.  I understand that Android devices cannot use EAS profiles pushed out by UDS, but I'm still trying to figure out how to setup exchange email on the Android 2.3 device and what role UDS plays in managing the device.  There doesn't seem to be much documentation at all with regards to Mobile Fusion and Android.

Once the Mobile Fusion client is installed on the device do I just need to add a new exchange account through the Android email interface pointing to our mail server?  Will we be able to manage this email account through UDS/Mobile Fusion?

Is device management more functional for IOS devices and if so, how?
