I am having issues synchronizing the deleted items folder with the devices in our company.
We are using Exchange 2010 with ActiveSync.
Everything else works fine, but I can't seem to enable sync on "deleted items" folder.
If I go to settings -> edit account -> Edit folder settings
The deleted items folder is greyed out, and I can't check it.
How can I clear this issue?
The goal is for my users to be able to delete completely an Email from the server through the device.
BES version: 10.1.2
Device OS version: 10.1.0.4181

Thank you for your question regarding Syncing deleted items.
This is currently how it is in BlackBerry 10. There will be an option in a future release so that you can enable the redirection of the deleted folder.

I know with with OS 10.2.1 and BES 10.1.3 you can now sync deleted items
BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.
BES 12 and BES 5.0.4 with Exchange 2010 and SQL 2012 Hyper V
