Unable to activate new device

Hello

I'm having problem with an Blackberry Express installation ver. 5. Existing user are working without problems. I can't activate new users.

 

BES Express is on a Lotus Domino infrastructure.

My Carrier: I am on AT&T. Please edit your Personal Profile with your DEVICE TYPE, DEVICE OS and Carrier

do the users show started in the MAGT log?

 

default location :\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerryEnterprise Server\Logs

Also look in event veiwer to seef if any errors or warnings pertain to your issue

Please post back the log info minus personal info
