Since upgrading to BES 5.0, My users are having issues with syncing Outlook contacts subfolders to their device. I am able to login to the BES admin services and mark off what folders they want to have sync to the handheld. For some reason it does not save the setting. It will take away the check boxes and not sync any folder except for the default personal contact.
Does anyone have the same issues when trying to sync the outlook personal contact subfolders?
