We have a big problem with our BlackBerry 10 infrastructure.
Our users can't reply or forward mail since they upgrade the firmware of Z10 and Q10.
We have a user with a Q10 version 10.1.0.238 and he doesn't have problem but the rest of the user have the version 10.1.0.4181 and it doesn't work....
But our traveler work with iphone and Android and we doesn't want to upgrade the version JUST FOR BLACKBERRY.
Pleese help us....

We understand the inconvenience this issue has caused, however, upgrading to Traveler 9, should resolve the issue.
Only Traveler 9 has added support for BlackBerry 10 Smartphones.

in general no, but your carrier might not ssist you unless you are runnning their supported version
BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.
