I currently am running 4.1 on a Windows Server 2003 32-bit box and am planning on upgrading to 5.0. Given that 5.0 has been out a while now, what's everyone's opinion on upgrading? Should I do an in-place upgrade or should I build a new box, running Windows Server 2008 for 5.0?

If you have the resources build the new box, if not in place works just fine. I just upgraded a VERY heavily used server in place with ZERO issues.

Since BES 5.0 is so different, I would set it up all on its own and once tested and running, use transporter to move users over which will not require any activation.
