Where is the phone call logging in BES 10

Hello,

 

According to IT Policy, when the Phone Log Wireless Synchronization rule is enabled, there is supposed to be phone call logs on BES 10 server to generate. Do you know where and which log file is?

 

I enabled the rule, activated my Z30 via Blackberry Administrative Servicce and made serveral calls then sync Z30 again with BES via BAS. I went through the Blackberry Enterprise Service 10\Logs\<Today>.

Are yo on the latest version of BES?

Are you using EMM regulated?

Are you using EMM regulated?

- Do you mean the setting of user? I was using EMM - Corporate (BlackBerry Balance) as the activation type. However, when I changed it to EMM - Regulated (Work space only), I was not able to associate my Z30 to the user. The error message is  "You cannot activate the device for this user. This user is allowed to activate devices that support work space only."

 

Is that a problem of my device? Or the license of the BES? I am using a trial CAL for test purpose now.
