Windows server 2008 and security permissions on C:\Program Files\Research In Motion

Hi,

i ve come accross the known problem with hashed LDAP password. Even after applying MR1, in blackberry server configurator i got the error 'Invalid parameters' when clicking apply  after verifying the LDAP password. I noticed that besadmin has no write access to  'C:\Program Files\Research In Motion'  folder although a member of the administrators group. I had to grant besadmin manually write access to 'C:\Program Files\Research In Motion' to bypass this problem. FYI, BES installation was done by besadmin account. Has anyone come accross this problem so far?

I've seen something similar to this with respect to security permissions:

KB18200

The only stupid question is the one you don't ask before you reboot the BES.
