We've got BES10 running and a bunch of Z10s connected to it via BDS. In order for our employees to be able to access their files we published the "Work Drives" application from Appworld.
My problem: Some staff members can download/install this app and it works like a charm.
For others however when clicking "download" in the "Work Appworld" nothing happens - the Work Drive app simply isn't installed.
Please note that all staff members have the same policy and all of them are running the same SW-level on the Z10 (i.e. latest).
So here are my questions:

Well let's say "partly":
Not all of the staff members having that problem have had their work perimeter removed/re-added - some of them are having this problems right of the box without any prior intervention from the server-side.
The "additional symptoms" mentioned in the KB-article sound familiar though: "...In some cases, however, the Download button will simply dim and no further activity will take place..." - this is exactly what we're experiencing.
Is there *any* known cure against this? (This is really annoying since some of our staff members can install/use work-drives without problems whatsoever while others simply can't get it running - explain this to a plain vanilla user...

We have exactly the same problem and it looks like the KB is correct for us. I have deleted and re-activated the work perimeter and I can't download the Work drives app. A colleague of mine could download it on a Z10 that he had completely wiped before.
I really hope there is a fix for this soon.

The full security wipe did'nt work for me either :-(
after i also deleted the user on the server, added the user again and activated again it worked :-)
