i have a hudge problem concerning our Blackberry infrastructure with Android.
We are using BES10 with Secure WorkSpace on Android Devices ( Galaxy & Note 10.1).
The Problem is, that we often gets the Error "Could not establish WorkSpace" und the connection symbol changes vom green to red.
You have to click away the error message und suddenly the connection is established again and the symbol went green again.
On my Tablet ( without a Simcard, only Wifi) there is not Error.
Can anyone help me or give me a hint?

From what you've described, it's an issue with your carrier as you say the wifi connection is fine.
Do all devices use the same carrier?
Have you tried using a SIM from a different carrier?

No i havent. I would like to know if someone else using BB Workspace on Android and have no Problems?
All devices are Vodafone Germany. Is there someone using the same inviroment with another provider with no problems?

You should raise the issue with BlackBerry support to see if they can reproduce. They have access to SIMS for all carriers.
