i have implenented the App BlackBerry Work Drive at our BDS, and assigned the software configuration to me. I can see the App on my Z10 (BlackBerry World - Work) , but when i am want to download it the button changes to dark green (activated) but the download doesnt start.
Maybe there is something missing but i cant see it, also i cant see a problem at the server.

The Server is on the latest version (10.1) but my device has still the version 10.0.10.99. Our Carrier (vodafone) hasnt made the Version 10.1 aviable yet for the Z10.

Then I guess an upgrade of the device OS helps. Have actively scanned for OS upgrades?

I have the same issue right now, I managed to publish the application i want on the App world (Work) the apps (RSA SecurID by the way)shows on list but the icon is missing and when trying to install it says "Network Error". I have perform a wipe on the device and reactivated and still the same problem. It's acting like the device doesn't have internet acces trough the works space, does the server it self need internet access?
