I have a user with a Z10 who can send enterprise email but isn't receiving any.
The same issue occured a couple of weeks ago and we tried pulling the battery, turning radios off and on, updating password but the device would not receive new email.
The user tried in an area with strong signal, and when connected to his wireless network but in both cases he could only send messages.
To correct it the first time we wiped his device and reactivated which is what we will do again if we can't figure out what's going on.
Has anyone else experienced this?

I am experiencing the same issue.
Blackberry z10, Exchange Server 2007.
I can look up addresses and send emails, but do not receive any.
We have several hundred devices, and this has happened several times with Z10 and Q10 devices.
I'm rockin the BlackBerry DTEK60, Passport, Z30, Z10, Q10, BlackBerry Mini Stereo Speaker, 64 gig PlayBook,BT Headset HS-700

how many items in the inbox?
syncing all folders? how many?
if too many fodlers or too many items in teh inbox can mess with any EAS phone
I have some eavy users that have to clean up their inbox and not sync 1000s of subfolders
BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.
BES 12 and BES 5.0.4 with Exchange 2010 and SQL 2012 Hyper V
