Re: access to Delete Folders on the blackberry

Hello,

Thanks for your response.

I have try this but nothing appear in our mobile in delete folders.

We could see with a filter but is not good cause we can't delete on mobile and synchronise it on the Exchange server.

To set up folder redirection from the BlackBerry Administration Service for BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0 and BlackBerry Business Cloud Services, complete the following steps:

  1. Log into the BlackBerry Administration Service web console.
  2. Expand User under BlackBerry Solution Management.
  3. Click Manage Users.
  4. Search for the user and click on the user's display name.
  5. Click Default configuration under the Messaging Configuration section of the User Information tab of the user view.
  6. Click the email tab.
  7. Click Edit user.
  8. Select Selected folders under Redirection settings.
  9. Select the folders that need to be redirected. Clicking the icon at the right of the Inbox will select all subfolders.
  10. Click Continue to user information edit.
  11. Click Save all.

Thanks.
