I delete a user interface BDS but I can not add it again. This user exists in Active Directory.is there a cache to empty the BDS server?
User > Manage users > Device status = Pending delete and Search. Check identified user and force immediate removal.
I think you may have misunderstood my last message - apologies. Ignore the "Users" bit; just click on Manage users > etc.
