e-mail syncronization stops working when using WIFI profile

Hello everybody. I need some help, I have a Blackberry Z10 that is activated in a BES10 version 10.1. The problem is, when I send the WIFI profile via BES, the e-mail stops working. If I perform the same WIFI configuration manually, the email works fine.

When you push out a WIFI profile it will be marked as a work profile (briefcase icon) and when connected the device will attempt to make a direct connection to Exchange.  When the profile is manually configured the device will connect to Exchange through the BlackBerry infrastructure and your BES. 


It sounds like Exchange isn't directly accessible to your WIFI network.  Try turning on the IT Policy Network Access Control for Work Apps and force the traffic to always route through the BlackBerry infrastructure:
