because of privacy terms we would like to disable the phonecall logs on the enterprise server !
Does anybody know how to do this ?

This is an IT policy that is enabled by default. You can turn it off in your IT policy under the PIM Synchronization Policy Group. The policy item is called "Disable Phone Call Log Wireless Synchronization" and by default is set to No. Change it to Yes.
