Hello all! I have been working hard to get the BB10 solution up and running for our organization. I've got Playbooks and Android devices activating just fine, with the help of my employees and a few kind developers at BEF13.
The problem I am facing today is that when I activate an iOS device, it appears to activate correctly, but there is no corporate email being delivered to the device. I have checked to verify that there is a working EAS profile attached to the employee's group. The BES10 Client on the device says everything checks out. I'm not sure where to go from here. I was told at BEF13 that the iOS devices DONT need to install Touchdown to get email, that it can integrate directly with the iOS accounts feature. Thanks for any help you can provide!
