Re: public app unvailable

Hi,

After some testing, I notice that the problem was due to Proxy athentication required.

So I disable proxy authentication on my proxy and it works. My concern now is that I need proxy authentication (each device/user must authenticate).

What is the best way for managing this?

I create a proxy profile and set the 'User can edit' to 'credentials only' but It did not work.

thanks for help

Re: public app unvailable

Hi,

Thank you for your answer.

So I try to disable authentication as describe in the KB. Concern now is that I am unable to download this application (I try with Blackberry work drives).

When I click to download on my Z10, nothing happened.

Regards,
