Hello

 

i have this error in EMWS log

java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect

Failed canAquire licence at https://172.17.18.120:443/weblicensing..........

 

checked KB34046 but this seems to relove the issue.

 

i can do an nslookup op the FQDN of the server (172.17.18.120)

 

any idea?

Hello jhanff,

Thank you for your question regarding not being able to Enterprise Activate.

 

Just to confirm when you log into the BlackBerry Management Studio how many Client Access Licenses do you have free?

 

Also how did you add your CALs? Just by putting in the Activation ID or by HOST ID or File based Authentication?

Any solution to this? I'm also getting this error. 

I still have a lot of available licenses on the server.
