troubleshooting device activations

I'm having trouble trying to troubleshoot activation for a playbook.  Doesn't work whether on internal wireless or external wireless (I've enabled the wireless activation setting in the BDS) - just 'server cannot be contacted.


In my case I'm running everything on a single server (fusion/bms, bds, uds) - can anyone give me a few suggestions to look at?  Just playing around with the BB10 software in a trial before we decide to buy.  Currently have several hundred users on legacy BES 5.04, but would like to close the loop on managing non-BBs as well with the BB10 services.

Server can connect to BlackBerry Infrastructure via port 3101?
On the PB in the activation screen you used the SRP ID of the server for the server address?
