unable to connect Z10 to my office mail ID

hi guys,


just discovered that the Z 10 instrument is not able to connect to the enterprise mail ID of our company. I therefore will not be ale to recieve my official mail on this instrument!!!.....


the basic DNA of this product has changed or what !!!


i spoke to my service provider - Airtel who are indicating that the company needs to invest in a new server some OS 10 server... to get the Z 10 to configure office mails!!!???.....


how can such a product be even concieved by RIM... and now we have this in the market !!!


please let us know of some solution if possible else tell us that now blackberry is for only playing "GAMES"...!!!
