Hi myself bilal from Mumbai I have submitted my bold 4 mobile to service centre 2 times .... 1st I have submitted my mobile because some keypad not working properly to service centre name as PRODCON TECH SERVICES IN ANDHERI EAST.. after 10 days I got the keypad problem solved but while taking delivery I saw SPACE BUTTON not fitted properly and also mobile heated up from back, so again they took my mobile and said wait 10 days ur bold 4 problem will b solved and now after 18 days still my bold 4 is not came bback to service centre.........now plz help me what to do......

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
As a user-to-user community, with none working for either BlackBerry nor your Service Center, no one here can answer your question with any level of authority whatsoever. All support starts with the carriers, authorized resellers, and authorized service centers, all who can escalate cases into BlackBerry at no charge to the end user.
So, your escalation path is not here, in these forums. Rather, it is through your Service Center. You need to contact them and escalate with them to their management. You have no free path by which to bypass them.
There is something called incident support, but it costs to just ask the initial question, since you are bypassing the contract you signed upon purchase. If you wish to investigate that, you can review it here:
