2 Problems with Bold 9900

[ Edited ]

Hey everyone.

I'm new to the forums so I'd like to briefly introduce myself.

My name is Teun, I'm 19 years old and I love in Holland. I've had this device (9900) for about 6 months. I've traded it for my previous phone (Galaxy Note) because I wanted a keyboard instead of Touch Only.

Here begins my problem, I've took alot of pictures, and I've got them sended to me via Whatsapp or BlackBerry Messenger, but they are .rem encrypted... How do I fix this ?

And the other problem is, all of a sudden, if I turn off my Wi-Fi my phone shuts off, and I need to hard reset (battery pull) it.

Could someone please help me out, I love this device and I don't want to get rid of it...

Cheers !

Edit: Running OS 7.1 Bundle 2061 ( v7 . 1. 0 . 714 (
