2nd Blackberry Phone stop working

This is the 2nd Blackberry phone I have purchased and just like the first one it has stop working. While I am talking for about 3 minutes the phone cuts off. I am so disappointed and more importantly Blackberry or Verizon will not do anything. If I wasnot a prepaid customer I could get another phone. That's not right. I have been a faithful customer to Verizaon and I have been a supporter of Blackberry for more than 5 years. I have paid for minutes I have not been able to use them like I want to. People like me should be allowed at least a free upgrade. Verizon knows there is a problem with Balckberry phones and yes I have been to the distribution stores and complained. Anybody out there beware of the problems with Blackberry phones because you will not be please with having to purchase a phone every other year. this is so unfair.

I would suggest performing a backup of your BlackBerry® smartphone then reloading the software as shown in the article below:
