4.3 Media Manager

Having recently upgraded to a 8120 Pearl and so I have installed Desktop manager 4.3 on my computer everytime I launch media manager it sends my CPU usage upto 100% and freezes my machine for about 10 minutes has anyone any suggestions.

Hi Ianpitch

 

Possibly the folder watching option of the media manager is what is hanging the computer (it scans your folders for media files)  You can turn it off in the media manager by going to tools, select watched folders and unchecking start folder watching.

Thanks for your reply but I haven't yet got that far with yet. I'm yet to use the programme it hangs on start up.
