Yikes...that screen display usually means that there is no OS on the device...so it's a brick. But, fortunately there is a procedure...try this:
And good job on having a backup -- so many don't.

I tried doing that..and I got it to start, but when it started installing them again, it messes up and same error message pops up that came up earlier...
Thanks for the help though. I thought it was going to work...
