4.5 upgrade

I'm currently running version 4.3 and I tried updating to 4.5 and my computer said that no updates were available. Any ideas on how to get 4.5? Thanks.

Re: 4.5 upgrade

OS 4.5 has been officially released by several carriers for use on 8330 models. Verizon has not.

That said, you can upgrade with no problems, and Verizon doesn't really care unless you were to call them for Tech support (and you'd be better off coming back here, anyway).

Here is a link to the officially released OS 4.5 for the 8330. Follow the directions exactly as written, and in order as written, and you will be fine.

Re: 4.5 upgrade

No, there is NO 4.6 for the 8310.

4.6 is the version of the Desktop Manager, you need to download that also, and install to your PC.

Follow the directions in that post to the tee.

Scroll UP to my first reply to you, the link is posted there. Please read that post I wrote for you again, AND following the instructions in that link as the are written and in order as they are written. If you can't, I don't recommend you doing this.
