hi there can you help me ,i just got bbm i payed 5 pound so they took the money but when i try yousing bbm or the internet my messages dont send and it wont let me on the internet, it only workes when i connect to my home wifi ,but it wont let me use it without my wifi so i dont know what to do

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan enabled on your account with your carrier or mobile provider?

So, call your carrier and inquire about having the BlackBerry Data Plan added to your account.
