8310 birthday field not showing up in address book

Hi All!

 

Just upgraded to Desktop Manager 4.5 and was happy to see that under advanced synch you can match birthday and anniversary to your BB device and Microsoft Outlook.

 

Well, it shows on the advanced page but even with the arrows shown to tell it to synch they still are not showing up in my BB address book.

 

Am I missing a step somewhere?

Hi All,

 

I'm experiencing the exact same issue.  The "birthday" field symply does not appear.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks

Samething for me, but not showing up in my BB calendar.

 

All my contacts look OK

Guys - same exact issue, here.  Transferred data over from 8330 to 8310 and birthday and anniversary fields went missing from contacts.  The appointments still show up in the calendar, but this isn't as helpful, because I can't tell anymore what number birthday or anniversary it is; also, it makes adding a new one more difficult.

 

I checked and the fields are still there in Outlook, so that's not my problem.

 

Looks like you guys never got an answer....or did you?   Help.  Thanks.
