I have a 14 month ol 8320 and the company I work for has about 60 8320's deployed. I have not had any issues with my phones, but I have about 6 phones in the company with this issue.
I have tried upgrading software to the latest T-Mobile verified software and has the same issue
I have replaced Batteries with new and known good batteries and get the same issue
Power cycles just resolve temporarily
The only thing I have found that seems to work, and I do not knwo why
If I swap out the device with another the user with the device tha thas the issues no longer has the issue. I test the
device they had, and it no longer seems to have the issue with the new sim.
Does this make sence to anyone else? Are ther eany other solutions out there. None of th ephones in question have
SD cards, so I know that is not an issue either.
