Good morning, I have an 8310 which powers itself off at random times. It does not disconnect calls but sometimes in the morning it is off and sometimes I look over at the desk and it is off. There seems to be no pattern (low battery, time of day, in/out of holster). And it does not have any additional memory cards installed.
Any ideas? Thanks for your help!

Just to cover all bases, check OPTIONS ATUO ON/OFF and make sure it is disabled.

I am having this same problem. Two nights in a row now, it just is off when I get up in the morning. I have no idea when this is happening. I cannot turn it back on with the power button. I have to do a battery pull and then it works fine for the day. My memory is fine and I don't have a lot of apps on it (mainly google maps and facebook).
Should this just be returned? It's past 30 days with AT&Tbut I do have the insurance plan with them.

I have the power off issue as well, It seems happened when I am in the middle of the conversation, or right after I finish the conversation. Also, sometimes, while I am in the conversation, the phone begins static noise and couple seconds later, the phone turns off itself. Every time when the phone turns off, the power button doesn't work. I have to connect to a power source in order to turn on the phone.
I took out the media card and switch a new sim card, and the problem continues.
Can someone please help with my issue? Thank you.
