8330 Curve, I cant hear !!! Help Please

Hello,

When ever I have an incomming call, I cant hear any one on ther other side ( the caller) but they can hear me..

any advise will help, and thanks in advance

There are 3 ways to hear.   Which have you tried?

1. Putting your ear to the top of the phone.

2. Using a headset.

3. Using the Speakerphone.

 

Do all 3 not work?

Does this happen with every call or just some calls?  What OS are you using and what carrier?

this happens with every call, I use Leopard and my carrier is Sprint ...

Do you recall receiving any messages with sound attached? This is a common problem for users. After opening a message with sound they lose the ability to hear callers. So far the only solution is to remove the battery with the phone ON. Leave it out for 30 seconds, replace it and allow the phone 1-3 minutes to reboot. Try a call again and let us know. Thanks.
