Just the other night my phone decided to rest and I lost everything, its like I just bought the phone and starting from scratch. Has anyone had this problem. Do I need a new one or what.... And yes after i rebuild my contact I will back them up. Lesson learned.... Just wanted to know if this has happened to anyone else.

Hi and welcome to the forums,

Assuming you have a charged battery, have you tried pulling the battery for about thrity seconds and replacing it?

Re: 8330 Curve

did it even TRY to start when the battery was put in?

I would try to go to your vendors local store and try to borrow a battery for a test.

Re: 8330 Curve

If your device just randomly erased all your info, and your under the mfg warranty, I would have your carrier replace the phone.  It may happen again.  In either case....Back up your device, but I'm sure I don't have to tell you that now.
