So, my first phone got a cracked screen, I got a replacement from Asurion (Verizon Insurance). For the past few months the ear peice will not work on my phone. I can make calls, people can hear me, but I do not hear them. Taking the battery out and putting it back in seems to fix it, but every once in a while without warning this same issue will occur?
Asurion was surprised and gave me some tips, but I was told by some lady at the gym that I may have to update the Curve 8330 software to fix the problem. How do I go about doing that? Can I just do it online?
Anyone else have this same issue?
