8330 Question (Mac user)

Hey guys, got a question about my 8330 ....

I have a macbook so when I popped in the disk that came w/ my BB it did not work (meant for windows) ...

HOW on earth do I transfer mp3's to my blackberry?

I have it plugged in via USB but now how do psychically transfer the songs?

Thanks
