Can't seen to sync my phone ( with my Outlook Calendar) after the last software upgrade.
Sync screen says "computer must be connected to the internet to do the sync."
My computer is always connected. Tried all of the "help" info but nothing seems to address the computer connection.
Help would be greatly appreciated

Try the tips in this article.
Cold boot the PC, and disable all firewalls and virus checkers. The connection
only needs to be made on the initial sync. After you can run normal.
An Internet connection is not available, or the request is being blocked by the organization's firewall, proxy server, or security application such as Norton AntiVirus™or MacAfee® antivirus software.
