I had gone on leave today so my phone was not very activate today. i had forgoten to mention 2 things, 1 my wifes exact phone as mine does that aswell, and normally we talk alot through out the day, of course me being hope we havent talk to much on bbm, also i had the last week constant friend request from friends that are already on my facebook. so i have deleted the facebook app of my phone and change my password on facebook. today i had not switch off or did anything with my phone accept played a game with my wife. my phone as still not caused any problems as of yet and it 17:40 here now. i had at first thought that i might have a virus or somthing on the phone. i also had check i have no schedules or anything on the phone setup to do any thing.

I recommend that you attempt to boot into Safe Mode:
It may take you multiple attempts to get the ESC key sequence (press/release/hold) correct, so be patient. When successfully into Safe Mode, see what happens.
If the behavior ceases, then think carefully...what happened just before this behavior started? A new app? An update? A Theme? Something else? Think carefully as the smallest change could be causal...and attempt to undo whatever that was.
But if the behavior continues in Safe Mode, then you may need to consider more drastic actions -- WIPE, OS Reload, BBSAK Wipe/Reload, and the "Bare Bones" OS Reload Process. To prepare, you should be sure that you have a full backup to your PC...please review the Backup link in my auto-sig on this post for instructions.
