I have had my BB curve for just over a week now and on a daily basis the sound keeps going onto mute whilst still on a 'normal' profile.
Changing the profile makes no difference, I have to pull the battery out.
Twice now this has made me miss the morning alarm.
Does anyone have a solution to this or do I just have a faulty handset?

Did a battery pull fix your issue? - Yes but it keeps happening each day.

As its a new device, I would return it for a replacement under warranty.
