8520 wont boot

hi, i have a curve 8520 which was working fine up until last night.

the screen freezes on re-boot at the 'e'. i have tried to start in safe mode and ive tried to connect to my pc.

nothing is working. ive taken the media card out.

all help much appreciated before i launch the phone thro the window in frustraton.

I would suggest performing a backup of your BlackBerry® smartphone then reloading the software as shown in the article below:
