My 8900 is older but I loved it.  In Australia now and want to unlock and restart a Blackberry service...How do I do this the best way?  Which carrier is the best for this ?  Thank you for any help

Re: 8900- now moved to Australia, no longer under tmobile...

I'm thinking you will have to call T mobile and ask if the phone wil work in Australia.  After that, check with some locals in the area about the different carriers.  Then contact those carriers  to see if they can get you hooked up.  maybe T mobile can provide a list of compatible carriers too, not sure.

Sure you don't want to upgrade that 8900?

http://au.blackberry.com/ may have some good info too.
