When ever i try to charge it gives me a prompt, check if USB is plugged, comp not in sleep mode blah blah blah...even after clicking ok, i dont see the charging icon,
Only after i remove and re-plug i see the charging icon , this happens every time. Now even after multiple tries i dont see the charging icon at all..
Best part is i am plugged to a power source not a PC, though either case its the same issue.
Worst still : Shocked to know there is no customer care mail id on the site
Even Worse : When i called 18004253720, on 1st call , extremely rude and disconnected, on 2nd call i could not hear the operator clearly, on telling him so the reply is " Its Ok I can hear u" and disconected..???
Anyways any solutions,?? if BB guys reading this....wud love to see some action
