9220 network problem

i have a problem with bis..the signal bar showed EDGE but i cant use bbm,browser,fb n twitter..only whatsapp can..i chec the service status showed bis not connected..i already call the isp n they told me that cant detect my bb pin...anyone can help me to solve this problem...Plzzzz

You're calling your ISP??? You should call your mobile service provider.

already called n they dun know why...mybe my bb was locked or server cant detect my bb.something like that

Hi hleb819,

 

Go to Options > Device > Advanced System Settings > SIM Card > press and hold CAP key and type MEPD. If your device is unlocked then you'll find :

 

SIMDisabled

NetworkDisabled

Network SubsetDisabled

Service ProviderDisabled

CorporateDisabled

 

Let me know what you can see there.
