Hello nkulekoM,

don't use your 9300 at a temperature lower than 5°C. This can harm the battery.

Re: 9300 : the official OS releases

My phone just went off for 2days. It went off on charger and battery was full and now it came back empty. It just switches it self off if I'm lucky it will restart itself (as if I removed the battery) moments after automatically going off. Can any1 advice on what to do? Tried swapping batteries, freeing space on device starting phone on safe mode bt still problem persist.

Sometimes it will just freeze and the network goes off and on again. In most cases it just freezez for hours untill I remove the batery and when I do that it never comes back untill it likes

Re: 9300 : the official OS releases

try charging it with a real charger (possibly a BlackBerry charger) and not with the USB port of a computer.

and keep charging it while it is turned off.

Re: 9300 : the official OS releases

download the OS5 OS again, and try again.
if it does not work, download the OS5 from another carrier and try again (remember to delete all occurrences of the "vendor.xml" files on your PC before connecting your 9300 to your PC.
